Rachel 'Rae' Jamawatr

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Rae discovered the world of Aerial Arts at a late age in Bangkok, Thailand while working a full time corporate job and enrolled herself in an aerial tissue class over one weekend in August because she saw a segment on a morning talk show about an aerial studio in Bangkok and was intrigued. After the class was finished, she was hooked and has ever since been bit by the Circus Bug. 

She has traveled a long circus journey since then and decided to take her circus skills to the next level and travelled abroad to train in Montreal, Canada with the talented and well-known Circus coach & choreographer, Chloe Farah as well as Los Angeles and San Francisco.

She became a certified circus instructor by North America's top circus school Ècole Nationale de Cirque ( aka as ENC) as well as completing Teacher Training Courses in Aerial Tissue in Los Angeles with Aerial Physique, Jill Franklin, and in her own home studio in Bangkok at Karasvic : Bangkok Space for Circus Arts with Leng, Rajanikara Kaewdee where she also currently teaches.

Rae has backgrounds in many different aerial disciplines such as Aerial Tissue, Aerial Loop (Hammock), Aerial Hoop, but has a special passion and afinity for Danse Trapeze, Aerial Straps & ( Loop Straps).

Duo disciplines includes Duo Straps, Duo Hoop, & Duo Trapeze.She has furthered her knowledge of the body movement & energy healing by completing an anatomy course with certification thru The Anatomy School with Rachel Ellery, and Dynamic Spiral Yin Fascial Yoga with Beta Lisboa, and completed her Reiki 1 Course with Crystal Dragon Reiki with Reiki Master Paul Wakefield.

Rae is an artist of a team that won Thailand's Got Talent Season 7 in 2018.
Circus is a colorful never-ending
work-in-progress that she intends to keep exploring and expanding her horizons giving and sharing with its tight-knit community ALL OVER the GLOBE. 🌍
